  Our LCD advertising screen manufacturer is located in room 710, 7 / F, block B, building 3, Tongtai times center, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. Our team will meet you from Shenzhen airport.

• Q How does your factory do regarding quality control?

  Quality is our culture. We have a special supervision department to text the component, productive process and finished products step by step carefully, make sure every perfect before shipment.

• Q Do you give any discount?

  I'll surely try my best to help you get those by the best price and good service at the same time

• Q Can I get some samples?
  A :

  Sample order is welcome. Price would be negotiated based on bigger quantity.
  

• Q I bought this LCD display how to use and install it?
  A :

  To help customers use our products better, we have recorded and upload some video guidance and we have overseas support engineer team, all of whom can speak and write English.

• Q Which shipping can we provide?
  A :

  We will offer different delivery options for customers: express, air, sea, car, or the delivery handeled by customer's own forwarder.

• Q What is your after-sale service?
  A :

  Within the warranty, if it is the problem of products quality, non-artificial damage, we will ship new parts to customers for replacement of the broken parts, or customers ship the products back to our factory for repairing.

• Q When will you make the delivery?
  A :

  We can make the delivery within 7-15 working days according to the size of your order.

• Q What payment methods your company accept?
  A :

  We accept most of the payment methods, but mainly accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal or Alibaba Assurance Payment.
